Conference and Exhibition debrief:

This was a complex event that required a conference organiser to be extremely organised and ahead of the game as there was a large organising committee with members both nationally and internationally. The conference and exhibition was held at Sydney Hilton Hotel with accommodation also being booked at a number of surrounding hotels. As delegates were travelling from all over the world, many delegates brought their partner and families who attended the social program which included all sorts of tours and activities. Delegates and partners were also invited to attend the Cocktail Cruise and Gala Dinner held at the Big Top at Luna Park, where attendees were wined and dined with gourmet food and fine local wines and danced the night away to the Vibe band that rocked the top off the Big Top! Overall the event was a huge success, the client was over the moon about the fantastic feedback from delegates.
