MP Events was established in January 1998 to provide highly professional and polished event management to the corporate sector.

We have over 50 collective years experience and bring to each project a clear understanding of the intricacies of organising an event and how best to communicate with the many and varied audiences.

Our core business covers management of projects such as product launches, gala dinners, lecture tours, medical seminars, exhibitions, training programs, sponsorship liaison, advisory board meetings, production of communications materials and direct mail programs.

To achieve a consistently high standard on all projects our event managers have expertise in communications, strategic marketing, budget and print management, program co-ordination, database management, national mailing co-ordination and sponsorship liaison.

We pride ourselves on the successful management of meetings including speaker liaison, venue sourcing, price negotiation, sourcing entertainment, theming, staging, social programs for partners and children, accommodation and flight co-ordination, trade exhibition and displays.

We have an established network of trusted suppliers to provide specialist support when required.  This enables our conference organisers to run a smooth event from start to finish and all within your budget.
